01DAY 1 | Arrival in Bengaluru • Mysore transfer
Join at the pre-confirmed Bengaluru reporting point. Two coordinated group pickups operate on the arrival day: an early train-arrival wave and a 12:00 noon bus-arrival wave. Each wave proceeds to Mysore separately; all travellers meet at the Mysore hotel for dinner and the shared tour.
Early arrival guests may rest or enjoy a short optional orientation stop if practical; no core attraction will be missed by the noon wave.
Lunch/freshen-up before hotel check-in are on individual account unless specified in the final voucher.

02DAY 2 | Mysore heritage at a comfortable pace
After breakfast, discover the royal heritage of Mysore at an enjoyable pace with a lunch break and suitable rest time.
Mysore Palace and Chamundi Hills / Chamundeshwari Temple area.
One further experience based on time: Mysore Zoo OR Jaganmohan Palace; no compulsory sightseeing rush.
Brindavan Gardens is a possible evening alternative, subject to the actual group plan, park status and road time.

03DAY 3 | Mysore → Coorg • Coffee country
Breakfast, checkout and proceed to the Coorg region. Visit selected cultural and natural sites en route, allowing time to settle into the hotel in Madikeri.
Bylakuppe / Namdroling Golden Temple visit, subject to visiting hours.
Abbey Falls access/viewpoint, subject to safe conditions.
Raja’s Seat if arrival time and weather permit.

04DAY 4 | Coorg → Ooty • Scenic transfer day
Depart after early breakfast for the Nilgiri hills. This is the longest intercity movement and is intentionally kept free of ambitious sightseeing promises.
Refreshment stops and comfortable driving breaks along the permitted route.
Forest crossing and tourist-vehicle permissions monitored by the Tour Manager.
Evening hotel check-in, dinner and rest.

05DAY 5 | Ooty & Coonoor • Green hills
Explore the Nilgiri landscape with a combination of gardens, tea-country scenery and free time. Choose major stops according to group pace and weather.
Botanical Garden and tea factory / museum visit.
Coonoor: Sim’s Park or a suitable viewpoint (not every distant point).
Ooty Lake or market stop subject to time; toy train only if booked separately.

06DAY 6 | Ooty → Madurai • Departure transfer
Early checkout and breakfast or packed breakfast; travel downhill to Madurai in the confirmed tourist vehicle. Regular rest stops are planned, with a railway-station or selected central bus-point drop according to each issued return ticket.
Planned morning start around 06:00–06:30 AM; Madurai arrival time depends on ghats and traffic.
Indicative afternoon arrival; exact station/terminal reporting will follow the issued return ticket.
Some origin cities cannot be matched with a safe same-evening direct train; connecting or next-day travel must be agreed before booking.

Chh. Sambhajinagar travellers will normally use Option A (Bengaluru return), rather than depending on scarce seasonal Madurai-through rail seats.

- Two separate Day 1 pickup-wave transfers from Bengaluru to the common Mysore stay, for the approved early and noon groups.
- Origin-to-Bengaluru and return connecting train (selected Sleeper/AC class) or AC sleeper bus (SIC) seats in the final confirmed city-wise travel plan, subject to availability.
- Scheduled group sightseeing and transfers, routine tolls, parking, driver allowances, fuel, standard road taxes and applicable normal permits.
- Basic domestic group travel insurance and Trip Buddies assistance while the tour is operating.

- Entry tickets, activities, toy train rides, zoo, boat rides, sightseeing camera charges and anything not explicitly listed as included.
- Lunches, tea/snacks, food during origin-city train/bus journeys, personal purchases, tips and hotel extras.
- Unapproved room upgrades, early check-in/late checkout, unforeseen personal local transfers and additional stays for connecting trains/buses.
- Any separately accepted fare increase for third-party bus seats or a traveller-selected class upgrade before the final ticket is issued.
- Costs arising from force majeure, forest restrictions or missed onward services unless explicitly covered in the final booking terms.

- The 5N / 6D duration covers the land programme. Origin travel adds time to the complete journey.
- The Madurai-drop option depends on a suitable return connection; Bengaluru return is the recommended option for Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
