Your written quotation and booking confirmation set out the services, price, payment dates and package-specific conditions. Read them alongside these terms before paying.
Our services
Trip Buddies is based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, India. We provide domestic and international travel planning, group tours, private FIT and customised holidays, hotel and transport arrangements, tour management and related services.
Depending on the arrangement, we may act as an agent, intermediary or principal. The applicable role and the services included in your trip are described in your booking documents. These terms govern use of our website and services; please read them before making a booking.
Enquiries and booking confirmation
When online enquiry submission is available, the form lets you review and submit your details to Trip Buddies. A successful submission displays an enquiry reference. You can also choose to open a WhatsApp message and send it yourself. An enquiry, a displayed package, a payment request or a payment receipt alone is not a confirmed reservation.
A booking is confirmed when Trip Buddies has received the required advance and issued a booking voucher or confirmation email. The confirmation identifies your services, dates, traveller names and agreed price. Availability remains subject to confirmation until that process is complete.
Please review your quotation and confirmation carefully, keep a copy and tell us immediately if any information is incorrect. For FIT holidays, the written quotation supplies the applicable payment schedule, taxes, cancellation conditions and confirmation requirements.
Prices and payments
Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and cover only the components listed in your booking. Check the inclusions, exclusions, taxes, room or sharing basis and any minimum traveller requirement. Catalogue prices do not by themselves guarantee availability or a final payable amount.
Before confirmation, prices may change because of currency movements, supplier changes, taxes or fees. Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price in the booking confirmation provided the agreed payment terms are met.
Pay the advance and balance by the deadlines in your package terms, invoice or written quotation. There is no single advance percentage that applies to every Trip Buddies package.
Where a third-party payment processor is used, payment details are handled by that provider. We may retain transaction references and limited payment metadata for records, refunds and fraud prevention. Never send card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs or one-time passwords in an enquiry or support message.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate traveller names, contact details and travel documentation, including passports and visas where required.
- Check and meet the visa, health, immigration and entry requirements that apply to your journey. We are not responsible for a failure to obtain the documents required for travel.
- Tell us about relevant medical, mobility, dietary or special assistance needs when booking. Share only what is necessary to arrange the service.
- Arrive on time for departures, transfers and activities, and follow applicable laws and supplier conditions.
Cancellations, refunds and amendments
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy, your written package or quotation terms, and the applicable supplier conditions determine cancellation charges and refund eligibility. Read the specific terms before payment; the general cancellation schedule is indicative.
Changes to dates, names or services are subject to availability and supplier rules. Amendment fees and additional supplier charges may apply. We will explain the applicable charges before you accept an amendment.
If Trip Buddies or a supplier needs to change a booking, we will notify you and propose alternatives where feasible. Significant changes are handled under the applicable policies and law.
Independent suppliers
Hotels, airlines, transport companies, guides and activity operators may provide travel services independently. Their terms apply to their services. We make reasonable efforts to coordinate and resolve issues, but do not control their operations.
Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for supplier acts, omissions or defaults beyond our reasonable control or our own obligations to you.
Website content and intellectual property
Our text, brand, logo, graphics, images and software belong to Trip Buddies or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute protected material without permission, except where the law or an expressly stated third-party licence permits it.
Liability and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, liability for loss, damage or delay arising from third-party services or supplier acts or omissions is limited to the amount recoverable from the relevant supplier. To the extent permitted by law, Trip Buddies is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where exclusion is prohibited, or limits any other right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Trip Buddies against claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of our services or failure to comply with applicable laws and supplier terms.
Privacy and your choices
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle enquiry, booking and support information. Optional marketing or tracking choices are separate from accepting these booking terms. Merely browsing the website does not subscribe you to promotions.
Events beyond reasonable control
Natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, war and other events beyond reasonable control can cause delays, changes or cancellations. Subject to applicable law, we are not liable for failures caused by such events and will use reasonable efforts to help affected travellers. Refunds, credits and alternatives remain subject to the applicable supplier conditions and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, unless applicable law requires another forum.
We may update these terms and will show the revised date on this page. Check the current terms when making a new booking and keep the version supplied with your quotation or confirmation. Updates do not remove rights that apply under law or the conditions already agreed for an existing booking.
