01Day 1 • Friday | The road to a slower weekend
Board the AC group vehicle from the confirmed Jalna, Chh. Sambhajinagar, Ahilyanagar or Pune pickup point. Meet your travel buddies, enjoy easy introductions and a comfortable highway journey with planned breaks. For longer-distance origins, this is the outward overnight road journey.
Travel-buddy warm-up: “Two Truths & a Travel Dream” — a light-hearted optional introduction game (no pressure to participate).
Meals: planned outward-journey dinner for eligible boarding sectors. | Overnight: on the road where applicable.
02Day 2 • Saturday | Arrive, breathe and enjoy resort life
Morning arrival near Matheran. The Traveller parks at Dasturi Naka; continue to the resort via permitted local access/walking. Enjoy the separately arranged arrival breakfast and luggage/freshen-up coordination. Scheduled resort check-in is around 11:00 AM, subject to room readiness.
After the buffet lunch: settle into your rooms, relax by the pool, play indoor/outdoor games or simply enjoy quiet time. Late afternoon brings an easy nature/sunset walk or optional trek suited to weather and individual fitness.
Evening: tea/coffee, music, a fun “Travel Buddy Bingo” mixer, buffet dinner and the Saturday resort entertainment programme — DJ/live singing and a guided night walk when the property confirms them for the batch. Quiet lounge time is always an alternative.

03Day 3 • Sunday | Nature, laughter and your own pace
Enjoy a slow buffet breakfast. Choose between a relaxed nature listening walk, swimming pool time, reading, conversation circles or indoor games. No compulsory early wake-up or sightseeing vehicle schedule.
Following lunch, there is a long free-time window for naps, photos, connecting with new people or a relaxed games session. In the evening: tea/coffee, an optional gratitude-postcard activity, friendly team games, buffet dinner and mellow group conversations. Hotel-organised bonfire/movie night, if operating, may be enjoyed subject to property rules and weather.

04Day 4 • Monday | One last quiet morning, then home
Enjoy a gentle morning and the resort buffet breakfast before the supplier-stated 9:00 AM checkout. Depart with luggage via the permitted Matheran access route to Dasturi Naka and board the group vehicle for the return journey. No sightseeing detours are scheduled.
A planned en-route lunch and suitable dinner/rest stops will be coordinated. Drop points follow the reverse pickup corridor; final arrival time varies by city, traffic and operating conditions.

- Separate Matheran-arrival breakfast and planned return-road lunch.
- Outward and return travel dinners for eligible sectors as finalized with the joining schedule.
- Relaxed Trip Buddies-hosted games and group coordination; resort leisure amenities per confirmed contract.
- Basic domestic group travel insurance and assistance during the trip, subject to insurer terms.
Extra / not included
- Zipline, Burma Bridge, Ladder Bridge, Commander Crossing, Balancing and Net Crossing or any charged adventure activity.
- Toy train, horse rides, private e-rickshaw, hand-pulled rickshaw, porter services and optional local transfers not specified in the issued voucher.
- Matheran entry fee and any separately charged entry/permit fees unless the final voucher specifically includes them.
- Room upgrades, extra hotel services/bed tea, extra meals or beverages, personal purchases and shopping.
- Any charge or experience not explicitly included in the final confirmed booking voucher.

- Rates are prepared; bookings open after the resort, vehicle and batch programme are confirmed. Join the priority waitlist.
- The Traveller stops at Dasturi Naka. Walking or permitted local access is required; toy train, horses, rickshaws and porters are extra unless your voucher includes them.
- Special prices apply only to specifically designated batches: quad ₹11,875, triple ₹13,125, double ₹14,375, plus applicable GST.
- DJ, live singing, bonfire, night walks and pool access depend on the final resort contract, weather and operating rules. No fixed entertainment programme is guaranteed.
Booking and payment information
Our team confirms transport, accommodation, the final quotation and cancellation terms before accepting a booking. An enquiry or waitlist request does not reserve a seat.
Journey timings and hotel check-in depend on the selected departure, traffic, railway services and local operating conditions.
After bookings open: 50% advance; full payment by 10 days before departure.
