01FRIDAY | DEPARTURE FROM YOUR CITY
Meet your assigned Trip Buddies boarding coordinator at the confirmed pickup point. Board the designated AC tourist vehicle (or a separately selected Non-AC option) and depart towards the Konkan coast.
Comfort and refreshment stops are planned according to route and travel duration.
Dinner is included during the overnight journey, as per the final meal-stop plan.
Passengers from each city travel in their dedicated vehicle; the group meets at Malvan the next day.

02SATURDAY | DAY 1 — MALVAN ARRIVAL & BEACH LEISURE
Target Saturday morning arrival in Malvan. Enjoy an included breakfast and proceed to the accommodation. Early check-in / freshen-up is subject to the finalized hotel arrangements; regular room readiness may be later in the day.
Check in to the allocated AC room (Quad, Triple or Double sharing, as booked) and take time to unwind.
After suitable rest, visit selected Malvan coastal sights such as Chivla Beach and the local market, depending on the shared arrival time.
Enjoy the seaside atmosphere at Rock Garden, subject to operating hours, and dine on authentic Malvani cuisine.
Main sightseeing will not begin before all planned city groups have had a reasonable chance to arrive and rest.

03SUNDAY | DAY 2 — TARKARLI, DEV BAG & WATER ADVENTURES
After breakfast, proceed to the authorized water-activity point. Experience the five-activity combo, with one standard operator-defined round for each eligible guest, subject to sea conditions, safety rules and service permissions.
Scuba Diving — one standard introductory session / operator-defined round.
Parasailing — one standard ride.
Jet Ski — one standard ride.
Banana Ride — one standard ride.
Bumper Ride — one standard ride.
Continue to Tarkarli Beach and enjoy the included Devbag Sangam boat ride when permitted.
Return to the hotel for the included Malvani dinner, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices.
Underwater pictures / videos and any upgrades or repeat rides are NOT included; charges are paid directly to the operator. Activity sequence may vary.

04MONDAY | DAY 3 — SINDHUDURG FORT & RETURN JOURNEY
After breakfast, check out according to the hotel schedule. Visit Sindhudurg Fort by authorized boat where access is permitted, with regular entry and the agreed standard ferry arrangement included in the final operational plan.
Explore the historical sea fort, subject to boat services, local authorities and sea conditions.
Finish any remaining compatible sightseeing, with lunch and snacks at individual expense.
After vehicle checks and driver rest, board the assigned return vehicle for the overnight road journey.
Dinner is included at the designated en-route stop.

05TUESDAY | HOME-CITY ARRIVAL
Continue the overnight return journey with appropriate rest breaks and arrive at the allocated city drop point. Actual arrival time differs across Jalna, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Ahilyanagar, Pune and Solapur.
Breakfast is included if the confirmed return journey continues into the scheduled Tuesday breakfast period.
The tour concludes on arrival at the agreed origin-city drop point.

- Both-side city-to-Malvan-to-city private group road transport in the selected confirmed vehicle category; AC standard, Non-AC option available.
- All agreed vehicle fuel, toll charges, applicable road taxes / routine permits, parking and driver bata / allowances.
- Two nights in Malvan in an AC room, as per selected Quad / Triple / Double sharing.
- Breakfast and dinner at scheduled meal times during the operating journey and 2-night stay; Friday outward dinner and Monday return dinner included.
- Malvani-style hotel dinners with vegetarian options and a non-vegetarian selection: chicken or limited fish serving, according to menu and availability.
- One operator-defined standard round each of Scuba Diving, Parasailing, Jet Ski, Banana Ride and Bumper Ride for eligible passengers, if operational.
- Scheduled Devbag Sangam boat ride, Rock Garden regular entry, and Sindhudurg Fort regular entry with planned standard ferry transfer when operational.
- Planned Malvan, Tarkarli and Devbag sightseeing; group travel coordination and Trip Buddies tour assistance.
Extra / not included
- Lunches, extra snacks, additional tea/coffee beyond provided meals and alcoholic beverages.
- Scuba / ride photos, underwater videos, GoPro footage, printed photos or any media packages; payable directly to the activity operator.
- Additional / repeat water sports rounds, optional dolphin safari, private speedboat rides or extra activities beyond the five included rides.
- Personal spending, shopping, laundry, room service, tips, porterage and incidental hotel charges.
- Early check-in, late checkout or extra rooms / changing rooms unless specified in the confirmed voucher.
- Travel insurance unless explicitly included in the final confirmed package.
- Additional local transfers or non-scheduled travel outside the confirmed itinerary, and expenses caused by changes requested by the traveller.
- Unforeseen expenses during weather closures, route diversions or other disruptions beyond the contracted package.
