01DAY 0 | DELHI TO JAMMU — OVERNIGHT AC SLEEPER BUS
Report at the designated Delhi bus boarding point as per the confirmed travel voucher. Board the contracted AC sleeper service and travel overnight to Jammu. Dinner will be arranged en route as per operator stoppages / approved packed-meal plan. Meal service follows the confirmed voucher; onboard dining is not guaranteed.

02DAY 1 | JAMMU ARRIVAL → PAHALGAM (1 NIGHT)
Receive the group at the pre-confirmed Jammu railway / bus reporting point. Enjoy an additional arrival breakfast before taking the private group sightseeing vehicle towards Pahalgam via NH-44 and the Banihal/Qazigund corridor. Allow refreshment, restroom and lunch halts. Check in to a 3-star-category hotel in Pahalgam for dinner and rest. This is mainly a transfer day; no ambitious local sightseeing is promised.
TARGET: Morning Jammu pickup; Pahalgam evening arrival, approximately 5–8 PM if highways permit. Road distance ~250 km; allow ~7–10+ hours with group breaks / traffic.

03DAY 2 | PAHALGAM ABC VALLEY → SRINAGAR
After breakfast, depart for Aru Valley, Betaab Valley and Chandanwari as accessible. These roads normally require authorized Pahalgam local union vehicles instead of the main tourist coach. Enjoy the Lidder Valley scenery and scheduled lunch break. Later transfer to Srinagar, check in to a 3-star-category hotel and enjoy dinner.
TARGET: Srinagar hotel by approximately 8–9 PM on an unrestricted day, not a guaranteed time. Local union-cab allocation and winter or pilgrimage season access can alter the order.

04DAY 3 | SRINAGAR → GULMARG → SRINAGAR
Full-day excursion to Gulmarg after breakfast. Enjoy mountain views and available valley leisure. Gondola tickets, Phase I/II, skiing, sledging, snow bikes, pony rides and any mandatory snow transport are additional unless expressly confirmed later. In winter, permitted road access and vehicle changes will depend on snowfall and local rules. Return to Srinagar for dinner.

05DAY 4 | SRINAGAR → SONAMARG → SRINAGAR
Breakfast and excursion towards Sonamarg, subject to road permissions and prevailing conditions. Enjoy alpine landscapes and scenic photo stops where legally accessible. Thajiwas Glacier side excursions, pony rides and local authorized vehicles are extra unless specifically included. If the destination/road is unsafe or closed, a clearly disclosed safe alternative sightseeing programme will be offered without promising equivalent activity value.

06DAY 5 | SRINAGAR LOCAL → DAL LAKE SHIKARA → HOUSEBOAT
After breakfast, explore Shankaracharya Temple (subject to security and entry timing), selected Mughal gardens such as Nishat or Shalimar, and an allocated shopping/market stop. Lunch break is included. Later transfer to Dal Lake for one standard one-hour shared/allocated Shikara experience. Check in to the contracted deluxe-category houseboat, enjoy sunset views where practical, and have dinner. The exact houseboat pier, cabin sharing, heater and hot-water provisions will be described in the final voucher.

07DAY 6 | SRINAGAR → JAMMU — RETURN BOARDING
Early breakfast / approved packed breakfast and departure towards Jammu via NH-44. Plan adequate rest, lunch and meal halts. The final Jammu station or bus terminal drop is coordinated to the issued return service, leaving the largest practical highway-delay buffer. No additional sightseeing is promised.
RETURN: Board approved late-night Jammu → Delhi AC sleeper bus; dinner provided before or during the bus leg as operationally arranged. Delhi arrival is next day per booked operator.

- Paid monument/park entries and camera fees not explicitly included in the finalized supplier inclusion sheet.
- Private shopping, tips, porterage, personal medical costs, laundry, room service and telephone charges.
- Premium room/houseboat category, dedicated heating, extra blankets and any optional itinerary deviation unless specifically confirmed.
- Unscheduled extra hotel nights, route changes, emergency local transfers, additional meals beyond the approved plan, and costs created by highway disruptions / force majeure, subject to disclosed terms.
- Flights, visa documentation (if applicable to foreign travellers), and any service not expressly listed under inclusions.
