01DAY 0 / FRIDAY | OUTWARD JOURNEY FROM YOUR ORIGIN
Begin from the assigned origin-city train station or sleeper/seating bus stop. Mumbai passengers using 11139 board Friday night; Pune and Solapur rail passengers on the same service board early Saturday. Sambhajinagar passengers use a separately allocated overnight bus schedule. Dinner during the outward journey is included where the boarding/journey covers the dinner period, arranged by packed meal, catering or a designated halt.

02DAY 1 / SATURDAY | ARRIVAL, VIRUPAKSHA & HEMAKUTA
Arrivals at Hosapete are coordinated in two waves. Early bus arrivals are served an arrival breakfast; train arrivals around lunchtime receive their included arrival breakfast en route by pre-booked railway catering. Hotel check-in follows the agreed time. Lunch is at personal cost.
Afternoon orientation around Virupaksha Temple and Hampi Bazaar, subject to darshan access and arrival timing.
Hemakuta Hill viewpoint and nearby Sasivekalu Ganesha / Kadale Kalu Ganesha cluster when time and walking conditions allow.
Evening return to hotel, dinner and rest. Sunset stop only if daylight and crowd management permit.

03DAY 2 / SUNDAY | HAMPI MONUMENTS & ROYAL ENCLOSURE
After breakfast, enjoy a guided full-day heritage tour, allocating generous walking and monument interpretation time. The licensed/qualified local guide leads visits at the ticketed monuments, where permitted.
Vijaya Vittala Temple complex, the Stone Chariot, musical-pillared halls and the permitted last-mile electric shuttle / walking approach.
Royal Enclosure, Queen’s Bath, Hazara Rama Temple and Mahanavami Platform, according to the defined driving circuit.
Lotus Mahal and Elephant Stables, with regular entry tickets included.
Ugra Narasimha and Badavilinga where the itinerary and weather allow.
Lunch halt is arranged but the meal is excluded. Evening dinner at the hotel. Anjanadri / Kishkindha climbing is not a guaranteed inclusion in the scheduled 2-night stay.

04DAY 3 / MONDAY | HOSAPETE DROP & RETURN JOURNEY
Breakfast, hotel checkout and a light rest/short compatible stop only if train/bus reporting allows. Transfer to Hosapete Junction or approved bus boarding location. Daily return train 11140 is currently scheduled at 13:40; for rail guests plan safe station reporting around 12:30 or earlier after reconfirmation.
Return journey dinner is included when the passenger remains in transit during the dinner window. For late-reaching home cities, breakfast is arranged according to the final journey voucher. No guaranteed Hampi/Anjanadri sightseeing is promised after checkout.

05DAY 4 / TUESDAY | HOME-CITY ARRIVAL WHERE APPLICABLE
Travel concludes at the ticketed origin city. Indicative train arrival for 11140: Solapur Mon 20:40, Pune Tue 01:05, Mumbai CSMT Tue 05:10. Sambhajinagar bus arrivals depend on the operator and departure. These are timetable candidates only.

- Origin-city return tickets in the specifically booked Sleeper or Seating railway/bus variant for approved joining cities, including supplier taxes where applicable and disclosed.
- 2 nights in Hosapete/Hampi hotel accommodation in selected Quad / Triple / Double sharing.
- Breakfast and dinner during the ground programme as described; arrival breakfast and applicable outward/return journey dinners.
- Hosapete arrival pickup, scheduled group road sightseeing and the approved exit-station/terminal drop.
- Normal ASI monument entry tickets for the listed core paid sightseeing stops, the Vittala Temple permitted shuttle ticket and shared heritage guide service.
- Normal vehicle fuel, ordinary tolls/parking, driver allowance and standard ground transport taxes on the agreed route.
- Trip Buddies tour management / group coordination and tour assistance.
Extra / not included
- Lunch on any day, snacks/tea, personal food orders and meals outside the stated catering windows.
- Unspecified temple donations, special pooja/darshan, optional activities, coracle rides, Anjanadri climbing excursion and personal auto/taxi hire.
- Camera/drone permissions, shopping, laundry, personal purchases, tips and hotel room extras.
- Any unconfirmed hotel AC-room request, early check-in, day-use room, late checkout or special bedding request.
- Transport or room category upgrades not included in the selected variant; personal itinerary extensions.
- Travel insurance, unless explicitly included in the final quotation/voucher.
- Costs caused by force majeure, road closure, personal missed connections or non-standard deviations, subject to disclosed booking terms.
