01DAY 0 | ORIGIN CITY DEPARTURE
Guests board their allocated railway train, scheduled sleeper/seater bus or dedicated Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar tourist vehicle. Boarding station, terminal, point and reporting time will be shared after the actual service is confirmed.
Dinner is included during the outward journey. Private-vehicle groups will have planned rest breaks and a safe driver-duty roster. Train/bus passengers travel in the booked class/type on the third-party service.

02DAY 1 | WELCOME TO GOKARNA — TEMPLES & BEACHES
Arrive at Gokarna Road railway station, Gokarna Cross/Madangeri bus stop or the assigned private-vehicle reporting location. Trip Buddies coordinates onward transfer, arrival breakfast, luggage/freshen-up arrangements and hotel check-in according to availability.
After adequate rest and a lunch halt at personal expense, enjoy selected Gokarna sights at a comfortable pace:
Om Beach — iconic twin-crescent-shaped beach, viewpoints and relaxed shoreline time.
Kudle Beach — a scenic beach walk and sunset opportunity, dependent on daylight and weather.
Maha Ganapati Temple and Mahabaleshwara Temple — darshan arranged according to the morning/evening temple opening hours.
Gokarna market / town orientation if the combined group arrival permits.
Evening dinner at the assigned hotel. Exact beach/temple sequence may be adjusted for local crowd control, traffic, safety and temple timings.

03DAY 2 | MURUDESHWAR SHIVA TEMPLE & COASTAL DAY TRIP
After breakfast, depart by private group vehicle for Murudeshwar on the NH66 coastal corridor. This is approximately 78–80 km each way, usually about 2–2.5 hours each way for group travel depending on road conditions.
Murudeshwar Temple — darshan subject to temple administration timings and dress requirements.
Giant Shiva Statue — visit the temple precinct and designated viewing area.
Raja Gopura — admire the tall temple tower; lift visit is optional and separately payable if operated.
Murudeshwar Beach — scenic photo and leisure stop; swimming is not a guaranteed group activity.
Local handicraft / souvenir stop if time permits.
Lunch halt is provided but food is at individual expense. Return to Gokarna in the late afternoon or evening, allowing safe road breaks. Overnight at the same Gokarna hotel.
Netrani Island scuba diving, snorkeling, speedboat, parasailing and other watersports are optional. Most require extra time, separate operators, age/medical eligibility and calm sea conditions; they are not promised within the shared day-trip schedule.

04DAY 3 | GOKARNA LOCAL TIME & RETURN JOURNEY
After breakfast and checkout, use available time for a relaxed local visit. Mirjan Fort is a time-permitting extra stop, not guaranteed for every transport group.
Mumbai train guests using 12620 report at Gokarna Road before the ~16:48 departure candidate. Pune/Solapur bus guests transfer to their exact Gokarna Cross / Madangeri boarding points. Sambhajinagar private-group return follows the confirmed driver-duty and rest plan.
Return-journey dinner is included; any breakfast needed for a journey continuing the next morning will be arranged in the final meal plan.

- Local pickup and final drop at confirmed Gokarna Road rail station, Gokarna Cross/Madangeri bus stop or private group reporting location.
- Two nights in quality-reviewed Gokarna accommodation, AC room category as booked, Quad / Triple / Double sharing.
- Breakfast and dinner throughout the defined journey and land tour, outward/return travel dinners, and arrival breakfast; appropriate breakfast arrangement on longer returns where applicable.
- Private group vehicle for the mentioned Gokarna local sightseeing and Murudeshwar day excursion; group transfers and routine vehicle expenses.
- Routine local vehicle fuel, tolls, ordinary road taxes, parking and driver allowance for the agreed route.
- Gokarna temples, Om Beach, Kudle Beach and Murudeshwar sightseeing as described, subject to access and local rules.
- Trip Buddies group coordination / assistance and planned road comfort stops.

- ALL lunches, tea/coffee/snacks, hotel extras, beverages, room service and personal shopping.
- Boat rides, dolphin spotting, kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, parasailing, speedboats, jet skis, water sports, photos/videos and equipment hire.
- Any special darshan, pooja, donations, optional temple/gopura lift entry or chargeable experiences not explicitly confirmed as included.
- Independent local autos/taxis, extra sightseeing, additional nights, early hotel check-in/late checkout and personal deviations.
- Upgrade or change from the issued train/bus type/class or the agreed room/vehicle category; any unapproved fare variations.
- Travel insurance, unless explicitly added in the final quote.
- Costs caused by unforeseen railway/bus cancellation, rough sea, closure or force majeure beyond the contracted included services.
