    Bagdogra / NJP to Gangtok

    Overnight: Gangtok

    Meet your driver at Bagdogra airport or New Jalpaiguri (NJP) railway station and travel to Gangtok. Check in at your hotel and keep the rest of the day at leisure after the road journey. Overnight in Gangtok.

    Day 2

    Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir excursion

    Overnight: Gangtok

    Travel from Gangtok for the planned Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir excursion. This route is subject to permits, weather and road clearance; your team will confirm the operating plan or discuss an alternative if it is closed. Return to Gangtok for the night. Nathula Pass is a separate optional supplement.

    Day 3

    Gangtok to Darjeeling · local sightseeing

    Overnight: Darjeeling

    After breakfast, visit the listed Gangtok sights, including the Flower Show, Handicraft Centre, Do Drul Chorten, Bakthang Falls and Gonjang Monastery, as opening hours allow. Continue by road to Darjeeling and check in for the night. The sightseeing order is arranged around the transfer.

    Day 4

    Darjeeling · Tiger Hill and local sights

    Overnight: Darjeeling

    Start early for sunrise views from Tiger Hill, subject to weather and access. Visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop, then continue with the listed city sights after breakfast: the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Tenzing Rock and Tibetan Refugee Self Help Centre. The listed ropeway and Natural History Museum visits depend on operation and opening hours. Entry fees remain extra. Overnight in Darjeeling.

    Day 5

    Darjeeling to Bagdogra / NJP · departure

    After breakfast, check out and transfer from Darjeeling to Bagdogra airport or New Jalpaiguri railway station. Allow sufficient time for hill-road conditions when planning your onward flight or train.
